As a member of the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) team I provided technology guidance and support for Real Estate Compliance & Operational Risk (RECOR) and other Wells Fargo business lines. This consisted of application development, database development, and reporting solutions. For the last two + years of this I was in a remote worker role.
  • Developed and implemented complex intranet applications.
  • Used knowledge of web technologies in projects resulting in functional enhancements of web-based applications.
  • Evaluated systems specifications for client web site requirements, influenceed direction and implemented the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution.
  • Acted as an escalation point for production troubleshooting guidance.
  • Practiced secure coding practices, performed web security scans, security remediation, and participated in security planning. Wrote test scripts and coordinatee with users to complete.
  • Performed website and portal monitoring.
  • Worked with team to adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) guidelines, including meeting documentation standards.
  • Co-built and supported Operational Risk and Quality Assurance Test (ORQA) website for the Customer Care And Recovery Group. Used to log and deliver Quality Assurance Reviews on Customer Care and Recovery Group (CCRG) Operations Team Members to team members and managers. The tool is also used for team members to appeal findings on Quality Assurance Reviews.
